ABOUT SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

HOLIDAY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

In order to GUARANTEE that your gift arrives in time for the winter holidays, we need to have your order placed by DECEMBER 18th for UPS Ground Service and DECEMBER 19th for 2nd Day Air.

Hand delivery with our driver will be guaranteed if your order is placed by DECEMBER 20th.
We will make every effort to get your gifts delivered if we receive your order after these dates but we cannot guarantee it. PLEASE order early.

Please make sure you have the correct address. If your gift is going to a business or office, you must include the SUITE or FLOOR #. Packages going to APARTMENTS or CONDO UNITS must have the specific unit #.

DELIVERY

Monday through Saturday we hand deliver to all addresses in the Lower Merion area, center city Philadelphia and most surrounding localities. There is a delivery charge; please ask for the cost to your gift destination when you call. Please be sure to give us a complete and correct delivery address. If the address is incorrect and the driver has to re-deliver, you will incur an additional delivery charge.

For same day delivery we need to have your order by 12:30 PM. If you place your order after 12:30PM we will make every attempt to get your package on it’s way as soon as possible but we cannot guarantee it.
SHIPPING
Monday – Friday we ship via FEDERAL EXPRESS and UPS. All orders placed by 3:00 PM EST will ship on that day. All orders placed after 3PM EST will ship on the next business day. All transit times are in business days therefore all orders placed on a FRIDAY will not ship till MONDAY so that your package will arrive fresh. In some areas we can arrange Saturday delivery with UPS or FED EX but a premium service charge will be applied.

All shipping rates are based on the type of shipping service, package weight, and destination state.

For orders placed via telephone or fax, we can send your package by Ground Service, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Service. We will guide you to select what service will be best for your gift destination.

It is very important that you give us complete and correct address information; an error in this information can delay your delivery and in some instances we regret that a correction charge of $10.00 will be applied. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will notify you and you will have the option of refreshing the contents at additional cost and a reshipping fee.

We wrap and package your gift carefully and securely for your package to arrive in excellent and beautiful condition.
